Acoustic Calibrator TYPE2127
Compact and lightweight, easy to operate. With a temperature correction function, it can be easily used for calibrating precision sound level meters.
It was developed with the concept of providing a "compact, lightweight, and easy-to-handle calibrator at an affordable price" using feedback control-type acoustic calibrators. A stable condenser microphone is used as a control sensor. Additionally, a temperature compensation function has been added, and the generated sound pressure level is strictly managed in real-time, making it less susceptible to errors caused by changes in atmospheric pressure or poor microphone insertion, resulting in unmatched accuracy and stability despite its small size. Furthermore, a dedicated adapter is included, allowing for calibration of precision sound level meters as well as compatibility with 1-inch and 1/2-inch microphones. The generated frequency and sound pressure level are nominally 1000Hz and 94dB, making it an essential standard instrument in sound environments equipped with many new technologies.
